1) To monitors all the actions in order to achieve the objectives
2) Planning manpower, equipment, raw materials and method to comply with the requirements production plan and quality.
3) Analysis to solve the problems and make prevent for the production process.
4) Coordinates with the APQP team.
5) Product and process control.
6) Provide proper training plan for subordinate.
7) Supports the overall Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) 5S and other programs.
8) Follow the master plan deployment process to the ensures its effectiveness.
9) Summarize production monthly report to manager and Asst.
10) Other assignments by Asst. Manager and Manager
