1. Develop and implement integrated management systems for quality (ISO9001:2015), Halal, RSPO, GHG, and environmental management.
2.Ensure the alignment of these systems with the company’s strategic goals, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
3.Oversee the implementation of quality management systems (QMS) to meet customer requirements and international standards.
4.Ensure rigorous quality control, lead internal and external audits, and manage corrective action processes to address non-conformities.
5.Develop and oversee environmental management systems that ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, focusing on waste reduction, pollution control, and sustainable manufacturing practices.
6.Drive continuous improvement in environmental performance through innovative strategies in recycling, resource conservation, and emissions reduction.
7.Ensure the organization complies with relevant regulatory and certification requirements, including automotive industry standards and environmental regulations.
8.Lead certification processes for ISO9001:2015, Halal, RSPO managing all internal and external audits.
9.Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement across quality, energy, and environmental systems, utilizing methodologies to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
10.Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production process, ensuring enhanced product quality and cost control.

Others such as :
1.Arrange the QSHE knowledge for responsible functions
2.Assist QSHE Manager and functional team
3.Support, coordinate and implement QSHE policies, guidelines and procedures to meet the objective and target effectively.
4.Promote, support and follow up QSHE activities and recognition program e.g., Near miss, Safety Talk, etc.
5.Track and provide QSHE statistics report and performance to Government agency and functional team.
6.Other duties as assigned by Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree of Science, Quality Management, or related field.

2. 3-4 years of work experience in quality systems, audit experience with document control is preferred.

3. 3-4 years of work experience in supervising a quality team.

4. Experience and background in ISO 9001, Halal, GHG, RSPO (if any), 5S, and Safety are needed.

5. Knowledge in using relevant quality tools.

6. Skill in utilizing manpower and resources to achieve targets.

7. Proficient in using the computer and basic application software and the ability to use it in doing quality-related reports.

8. Good English language skills (listening, reading, speaking, writing).

9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

10. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments.
