Must Have (Essential)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, Material, or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Fresh Graduates (0 years) are highly encouraged to apply, or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong interest or proficiency in 3D CAD (NX or CATIA V5 preferred).
- Proficient in English to support global projects and technical presentations.
- Basic to average understanding of mechanical engineering and automotive engineering principles.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Nice to Have (Advantageous)
- Basic understanding of project management skills and timelines.
- Awareness of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or ISO 9001 regulations.
- Ability to present technical reviews or innovation ideas to customers.
