Job Description

System Management: Inspect and monitor daily operations of utility systems including electricity, water supply, compressed air, and wastewater to ensure stable supply.
Maintenance Planning: Plan and control preventive (PM) and corrective maintenance for all utility equipment and energy systems.
Optimization: Analyze energy consumption and utility usage to identify cost-reduction opportunities and improve efficiency.
Sustainability: Develop and implement energy-saving projects and sustainability initiatives.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all systems meet safety, environmental, and legal regulations (e.g., boiler and pressure systems).
Operational Support: Manage breakdowns and troubleshooting failures to minimize production downtime.
Standards Maintenance: Maintain system compliance with ISO14001, IATF16949, and internal company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must Have (Essential)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Strong skills in electrical maintenance and problem-solving (both electrical and mechanical).
Knowledge: Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, machinery control, and safety/compliance awareness.
Language: Intermediate proficiency in English.

Nice to Have (Advantageous)

Specific Industry Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting similar to an industrial plant.
Systems Knowledge: Average to strong knowledge of TS16949/ISO14001 automotive systems.
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Planning: Experience in maintenance planning and execution.
