Position : Accounting & Finance Manager (BOI / Free Zone)
Location: AMATA City Chonburi Industrial Estate, Free Zone (Chonburi province)
Work : Monday - Friday (8.30 - 17.30 pm)
Job Role :
Responsible for setting up and managing accounting, financial control, and compliance for a BOI, promoted manufacturing operation in a Free Zone environment.
This role requires hands-on experience in BOI, Free Zone, and import/export environments, and the ability to establish a compliant, audit-ready finance function from the outset.
Job Responsibilities
• Set up and manage full accounting structure
• Ensure compliance with Thai tax, statutory, Free Zone and BOI requirements
• Manage accounting operations and external service providers
• Establish cost accounting for manufacturing operations
• Implement reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Maintain internal controls and audit readiness
• Coordinate audits and liaise with authorities
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making
คุณสมบัติ
Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting (must have CPD License)
• 8–10+ years experience in Accounting and Finance Manager in BOI, Free Zone and Import/export environments.
• Solid experience managing Free Zone privilege
• Have experiences in Transfer Pricing
• Able to set up or significantly developing finance processes
• Strong knowledge of Thai tax, customs, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to operate independently and take full ownership in a lean setup
• Have experiences in International ERP program (IFS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Able to operate monthly closing and yearly clsoing account
• Good command of English
Other Requirements
• Full responsibility for finance setup and operations
• Direct interface and direct report to global operations and stakeholders
• Build and develop the finance function in a greenfield operation within a global organization
• Stable international environment
